Standard Features
Below is a summary of the standard features we provide our dropship customers:
- Customized Shipping Labels
We use your company name and address on shipping labels to
ensure your customer is unaware that we're drop shipping the order for you.
Please note that this feature is only available for US addresses. If your company is located outside of the US,
we can still customize the shipping label to show your company name but the address will be our company address.
- Shipment Notification E-mail
You have the option of configuring an e-mail account that we will use to send shipment information
and tracking number to your customer (this information is encrypted in our database and cannot be viewed by anyone but you).
Once the account is configured properly, simply
specify your customer's e-mail address when you place a drop ship order through our website
and we'll send your customer an e-mail with shipment information and tracking number
on your behalf.
If you choose not to configure an e-mail account, we'll send the tracking number to your company e-mail address instead.
- Customizable Packing Slip
Simply log in to your account and upload your company logo and we'll use your logo
on packing slips in shipments to your customer.
You can also specify a personalized message that you want us to use on the packing slips.
Both can be previewed from your account control panel.
- Product Images
360 degree rotating images (available in Flash and GIF format) and
high quality still JPEG images are
available for you to use on your ecommerce site.
You have the option of downloading all images in one zip file or
individual zip files per product.
Note: We're in the middle of creating the 360s so please check back later if you don't see one
available for a product you're interested in
- Product Feeds
If your shopping cart supports bulk importing/updating of products through product feeds
(usually a CSV/Excel or tab delimited file), you can download inventory
and pricing information from us and upload directly to your website.
We have a number of different feeds available or you can create your own.
We can also create a custom feed file for you if none of our existing formats work with
your shopping cart software. Please contact us for pricing
and availability.
All product feed files are generated on the fly directly
from our inventory management system
so you're guaranteed to get the latest in pricing and availability at
the time you download the file.

Online Order Placing
All dropship orders can be placed directly through our website -- no need to
call or email one of our sales reps to place your order.
Simply place the order on our site along with your customer's shipping information
and we'll get your order processed and shipped.
You can also view order status (including shipment tracking number) and
download your order history directly through our website.
Advanced Features
The following advanced features are also free of charge, but you'll
need a web developer familiar with your shopping cart software to modify your site to
connect to our B2B integration interface.

Connect your site with ours to pull real time
inventory data directly from our system. This is especially useful
for checking whether we actually have an item in stock when your

- Automatic Order Placing
Your site can automatically
place drop ship orders with us as soon as your customer places an order with you.

How does drop-shipping work?
Drop-shipping is the easiest and fastest way to start selling products online. Basically, you browse our website to find shoes you want to sell and list them on eBay, Amazon, Google, or sell them on your own website. When you make a sale, you send the order to us and we'll ship the product directly to your customer. It’s as simple as that! This allows you to start making money right away. You also have the luxury of selling a broader range of products vs. only the products you have on hand if you were to sell via traditional methods. As long as we have it in stock, you can sell it! Your profit is the difference between the wholesale and retail price that you charge.

Do I need to buy the shoes before I sell them?
No. That's the beauty of drop-shipping; you only pay for the shoes once you've made a sale and collected payment. This means you can start selling our shoes online without the overhead and risk of investing thousands of dollars in upfront inventory. Not having inventory also means no leftovers. If the product you sell suddenly becomes outdated, obsolete, or just plain un-trendy, you aren't the one with a house full of stock that nobody will buy. Many online retailers find themselves having to offer deep discounts -- and taking huge losses -- on old products just to get them out of their homes to make room for more inventory!

What makes Wild DNA different than other wholesale drop-shippers?

How do I know if a particular size or color is in stock?
Any experienced drop-ship reseller knows one of the biggest hassles in dealing with drop-ship wholesalers is keeping products you list for sale is in sync with your supplier's inventory.

For a nominal fee, we offer a feature rich turn-key website/shopping cart solution that is fully integrated with our inventory,
allowing you to import products directly from the control panel and automatically display near real time product availability to your customers.
This will be your website to keep whether or not you continue selling our shoes.

What information do you include on the order's packing slip?
We include only your company information on the packing slip so that it's
completely transparent to your customer that we are your drop-shipper.
We want your customers to remain your customers because your success is our success.

What happens when my customer wants to return an item?
In order to ensure your customer is unaware of our presence, your customers will have to ship the returned item(s) to you.
You will then return the item to us according to our return policy. Charging a restocking fee to your customers may minimize the number of returns.
Alternatively, you can resell the item on your website to avoid the hassle of returning the item and having to pay additional shipping and restocking fees.

Are there any monthly fees?
No, there are no monthly fees. The only fees you pay are the fees per order that is drop-shipped to your customers.

What is the drop-ship fee that is added onto the wholesale cost of the shoes?
There will be a $5.00 drop-shipping fee per order.
This fee is added to cover our overhead and be able to provide this service to you.

Will I have to pay for shipping as well?
Yes, there is a shipping charge that you have to pay in addition to the drop-ship fee per each item that is shipped out to your customer.
You charge the shipping to your customer so essentially, you are not paying for the shipping cost.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
No, there is no minimum purchase requirement.

Is there a minimum price I can sell your products for?
There is no minimum price you have to sell our products for. However, we do require that you agree to the terms of our Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy.
This means you cannot advertise our products for less than what is required under our MAP Policy.
Due to the nature of drop-shipping, this policy is necessary to prevent cut throat price wars amongst our resellers.
In efforts to help our customers succeed we have established this MAP Policy with good intentions and with your best interest in mind.

Can I download your pictures and merchandise descriptions and use them on my drop-ship website?
Yes, you are more than welcome to use our pictures on your web site. Just click the link under each product description page to download the product's images as a zip file, then unzip and upload the images to your web site.

Do I need to pay taxes on your products?
No, we are a B2B wholesale company and as long as you provide us with a valid resale license, you are not required to pay taxes on your purchases.

How can I start drop-shipping today?
You must register as a new customer and provide us with a valid resale license # and once we approve your application, we will contact you to set up your drop-shipping business. Each customer will have different needs so each client’s set up will be handled accordingly.

Do I need a resale license in order to sell your products?
Yes, you must provide a valid resale license or seller's permit at the time you
register. NO EXCEPTIONS.
